Finding and establishing sustainable routines that truly serve your growth requires a holistic approach. This is why these three interconnected core focus areas are considered during the three-month journey.
Physical vitality directly influences mental clarity. When the body is aligned and energized, focus and decision-making improve. Managing personal energy effectively allows for more presence and authenticity in interactions, fostering deeper, more meaningful connections. Expressing oneself fully and honestly, and setting healthy boundaries, reduces stress, enhances resilience, and supports overall mental wellbeing...and so on.
All of this may seem like a lot at first, but the key lies in a strong core connection. When you’re aligned with your true nature, everything else becomes intuitively clear. Focusing on this core connection adds simplicity to the equation, providing the inner guidance needed for everything to flow naturally.
The program is tailored to your unique situation — no one-size-fits-all journey. Some areas may need more attention than others. The approach is intuitive, from human to human — meeting you where you are and guiding you to thrive in your natural flow.
How the 3-Month Journey looks like
Kickoff Workshop
During the kick-off workshop, we create a safe space to explore where you are now, where you want to go, and what’s standing in between. We clarify goals and get a feeling for the Focus Areas. We start the journey together.
Weekly Online-Calls
During the weekly calls, we dive deeper and check in to give space to what’s present and work with what’s needed. Together, we’ll explore practices that serve you, gradually building a routine that fits your life. Sessions may also include tailored meditation sessions, basic breath-work, or movement practices — from restorative yoga to fiery core training — based on what best supports you to FLOW in Balance.
Round-Off
During the round-off session, we create space to reflect on the three months and celebrate your journey and progress. You leave empowered to move forward with personal practices that not only work for you but also provide a nourishing foundation to thrive in all areas of life.

Hi, I'm Sophia.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment and passionately pursuing competitive track and field for about 15 years has shaped my understanding of consistency, routine, and discipline — which I believe can become a form of self-love — as well as the role they play in self-awareness and personal growth.
What has always inspired me are the people who struck me as deeply connected to themselves. They radiate a powerful, authentic energy — clear in their intentions and vision, often very kind and warm-hearted in their interactions.
My intention is to support clients in becoming so in tune with themselves that they can intuitively feel what truly serves them best at the right time, empowering them to make clear decisions and take purposeful actions accordingly.

The costs for the 3-month program start from 2.900 CHF, excl. VAT.
"Core connection" generally refers to a deep, intuitive connection with your inner self, essence, or true nature. Some may call it core, others heart, intuition, inner voice, or something else. It involves being in tune with your authentic feelings and aware of your thoughts. This connection allows you to act from a place of inner clarity, leading to more purposeful and fulfilling decisions in life. It forms an essential foundation for flowing intentionally and effortlessly.
Typically, the kick-off workshop takes place in person, with the rest of the program happening online. Depending on your location and preferences, we can discuss possible options.
Kick-off workshop: typically 3-5 hours
Online Calls: 60 minutes
Round-Off Session: 90 minutes
Yes. The intention of this journey is to empower you to move on independent of the coaching support. However, sometimes processes naturally take more time, or a bit of continued accountability can be valuable. If extending the journey feels aligned and supportive, we can discuss possibilities.
The goal is always to empower you to flow in balance independently from the coaching. However, if you're navigating major changes in your life, a custom program may make sense. We can discuss this further during a free discovery call.
If you want to establish a routine, a one-off single session is not recommended. However, if you have another concern for which you feel like a single session with me could be the right step, you are welcome to get in touch.
