Let’s find the courage and curiosity it takes to let the voice of our hearts be our compass.
To dance in the rhythm of our natural truth.
To focus on the light in each other.
To be a message of love.
It’s time. ~ Peace

Insights into My Story

General background

Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment and passionately pursuing competitive athletics for about 15 years has shaped my understanding of consistency, routine, and discipline — which I believe can become a form of self-love — as well as the role they play in self-awareness and personal growth. With a multidisciplinary background and experience living in different countries, I've had the opportunity to learn from diverse life experiences and gain insights into many different worlds.

What has always inspired me are the people who struck me as deeply connected to themselves. They radiate a powerful, authentic energy — clear in their intentions and vision, often very kind and warm-hearted in their interactions. What I observed as a common pattern is that they all create intentional spaces that nourish their well-being and strengthen their core connection.

Fascinated by the power of the invisible — the fueling energy behind what manifests and unfolds on the outside — and the human body, I feel inspired by nature and care deeply about humans being in true connection with themselves and each other.

My intention is to support clients in becoming so in tune with themselves that they can intuitively feel what truly serves them best at the right time, empowering them to make clear decisions and take purposeful actions accordingly. I believe that strengthening the core connection and cultivating personal routines that support your growth and blend well into daily life can provide a nourishing foundation, creating positive ripple effects in all areas of your life and beyond. Ultimately, you not only improve your own life quality but also inspire an environment where everyone can naturally unfold their unique potential, flowing in harmony and synergy with each other.

Engagements

As a child, I was always asking myself “why” things are the way they are, especially when it came to the behavior of people. To this day, I have been seeking to get to the core of things.

Frequently overthinking the complexities of all the wicked problems, I felt an overwhelming sense of responsibility to solve them. How I see it today is that I simply want to do my best in contributing my part, and I feel that strengthening the connection to my inner source and cultivating a state of peace and love are essential — it is from there that all my creations and actions ripple out.

I feel happy to dedicate time and energy to charity work, or as we lovingly say, to do "seva" — a Sanskrit term for selfless service — for the global peace foundation ISCTH, as well as for Maitribodh Parivaar, which focuses on individual transformation. Both of these initiatives serve one uniting mission: "One world. One family."

Learning about this mission felt like coming home. Puzzle pieces have been falling into place, and I find myself with a liberating clarity that I didn’t even realize I was looking for.

One of my favorite quotes comes from the founder of MaitriBodh Parivaar, Maitreya Dadashreeji: “The cause of suffering is a lack of love.” — so simple, so true.

Alongside this, I also teach personal and group yoga and movement classes, guiding others to connect with their bodies, cultivate inner awareness, and find balance through conscious movement and embodiment practices.

Grateful to be learning, flowing, and growing every day.
